The Good Hope School Presents: "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" Directed by David Richards and based on The Comic Strip "Peanuts" by Charles m. Schulz with book, music and lyrics by Clark Gesner. Performances are held at Good Hope's James C. Savage Theater Thursday, Friday, & Saturday, April 19-21, 8 p.m. and Sunday, April 22 4 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door for $5 for students and $10 for adults.

Come see this delightful and endearing performance of the original musical show based on the Comic Strip "PEANUTS". The program shows selected scenes from an average day in the life of Charlie Brown. Charlie and his friends share experiences from Valentine's Day to Baseball season and the heart-warming songs lead us from wild optimism to utter despair.

Although none of the cast members actually are six years old, nor do they really look like Charles Schulz' "Peanuts" cartoon characters, they speak to each other with the openness of early childhood time, and obviously are really quite fond of each other.

The actors include Eric Guzman '11 as Charlie Brown, Ashlee Douglas '10 as Snoopy, Julia Kimble '10 as Schroeder, Rebekah Green '07 as Lucy, and Cerella Gonzales '10 as Peppermint Patty.

This play is Produced with permission by Tams-Witmark Music Library, Inc.
